Lead Emergency Lighting Installer

Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, and commissioning of emergency lighting systems
• Planning and coordinating installation projects
• Onboarding and training new installers
• Ordering supplies, equipment, and materials
• Technical expertise in emergency lighting solutions and quality assurance
• Developing installation operations and creating ways of working
• Collaboration with customers, suppliers, and the rest of the organization

What we expect from you

• Fluent Finnish language skills
• At least 3 years of experience in emergency lighting installation
• Good knowledge of emergency lighting systems, their regulations, and practical implementation
• The ability to work independently and to lead and guide other installers
• A systematic approach to work and a sense of responsibility
• A customer-service mindset and good interpersonal skills
• A category B driver's license and willingness to travel as the job requires
