Kilatia Suomi Oy is looking for a full-time smoke vent maintenance technician / supervisor. Do you want to help build a nationwide smoke ventilation service in a growing safety-sector company? We're seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to lead and develop the inspection, maintenance, and installation of smoke vents. In this role you work both as a hands-on installer and as a supervisor for a growing team. The goal is to grow Kilatia's smoke ventilation service into a nationally significant business, where you play a central role in developing operations, ensuring quality, and growing the team's expertise.
Responsibilities
- Inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation of smoke vents
- Planning and coordinating installation and maintenance projects
- Onboarding, training, and supervising new installers
- Customer collaboration and a technical expert role
- Growing the smoke ventilation business into a nationwide service
What we expect from you
- At least 3 years of experience inspecting, maintaining, or installing smoke vents
- A good technical understanding of smoke ventilation systems and how they work
- Experience working independently with customers
- The ability to lead, guide, and onboard other installers
- A systematic and responsible approach to work
- Good interpersonal and customer-service skills
- A category B driver's license and willingness to travel as the job requires
- Fluent Finnish language skills
